Is there a GPS app for the ipod touch that doesnt need WI-FI?
Here’s the problem, I got a iPOD touch but the gps app installed does not work if you don’t have a WI-FI connection(right?) and it seems to defeat the purpose of GPS. If im driving around and get lost and there’s no WI-FI access on the interstate hows the GPS going to work? Is there any apps I can download that don’t require WI-FI and use a Satellite to pick up my position??
There is no such thing. The Touch does not have the required hardware to be a GPS.
