External Gps Antenna For Laptop
Need to boost a weak wifi dongle signal or radiophone signal…?
In a remote mountain area, I get service from the landline provider for telephone via radiophone connection. Using that connection for isp is slow(250Kb/s) even on a 2Mb connection, unstable and expensive. My mobile only works occationally. I tried to connect my laptop to Movistar Espana with a dongle. The signal is too weak to connect.
What should I do? Can I get an external antenna with WORKING booster that will rebroadcast to the dongle? Or do I plug the dongle into an amplifier that then feeds the laptop? Can I boost the radiophone signal to stabalize an isp signal from them? Do the new cellular systems(G3/4) have any better coverage than my current older gps mobile?
Tech support here in Alpujarra is lame and so is my spanish, so I ask for help here instead.
