I just bought a GPS garmin 750 but i cannot connect it to my car battery ? why? please help me people….?

on the power outlet of the car it says 12V-10a but the gps input is F3AH250V . i was looking for a convertor for 12V to 250V but there is no … and i don’t know what to do …..please help me solve this problem …

It would fry the unit if you hooked it up to 250 volts. It just uses the power cord supplied to connect to the power outlet or cigarette lighter plug-in. Try reading the instructions.
