Garmin Gps Watch
Should I get a sport watch from Garmin or Polar?
Im using this watch primarily for strength training. But Im also a triathlete though Im okay with the watch not being waterproof. To be more specific, Im actually comparing the Garmin Forerunner 405CX, the Polar RS800CX, and the Polar FT80 (this is a relatively new addition to their line). Im clueless when it comes to buying these watches. All I know is that Garmin’s forte is in GPS. Price is NOT an issue.

The Garmin Forerunner is THE best brand on the market for running watches.
I’ve had the Garmin Forerunner 305 for almost 3 years and I still love it.
It has never given me any problems under any conditions.
The new ones are wireless so you can download your workouts to your computer without even thinking about it.
