Gps Battery Replacement
my gps is faulty, can i go to best buy w/o receipt?
in march i bought a garmin nuvi gps, and the battery blew out recently. i didnt do anything (literally, we dont use it at all) so it should be covered by the year warranty. however, i do not have the receipt anymore (i have the box) and am wondering if i should bother going to best buy and trying to explain when i bought it and what happened? would they give me a replacement?
I’m pretty sure you are beyond the time that Best Buy is going to do an exchange or refund. You will need to contacting the Garmin support people. Did you register your warranty with Garmin?
