Do i need an amp for my car?
I have a 05 Grand Prix and i just had a lot of audio installed in my car, (front speakers – Infinity Kappas, Rear – Alpine S-Type 6×9, and the deck is a pioneer U310 Touchscreen GPS the works) now after spending about $700 on install i get in my car and have no bass what so ever, what is going on, do i need an amp to power that or what because i am literally getting no bass any help
Well if you want bass your gonna need some subs, or since those are really good speakers you would want to even those speakers out by adjusting with your radio’s sound and adding bass to them. You won”t get a lot of bass from them but it will sound nice. But if your looking for some bang, you will need subs. And yes if you get subs you will need an amp.
