HOW do i contact with NASA?
i need some ephemeris data 4 my graduation project.(ionospheric effects on GPS)
i need 2 contact with NASA to provide me with useful data.

the parameters and cofficents that i need is related to the gegorafical location and solar activties. i have the equations but i cannot assume these parameters. i have 2 b provided true numbers ti input in my simulation program to calclate the ionospheric delay.not neccecrly NASA.is there any one can help me?
You might want to contact the Navy. They seem to handle GPS timing issues and might have a better answer for you-
