Gps Hiking Case

Hike across the Cascade Mountains?

I want to hike from the western side of the Cascade Mountains in Southern Washington to the Eastern side. Is there any trails that go the whole way or do I have to come up with my own? I know it will be hard, but I’ve been in the army and have had A LOT of experience in land navigation as well as wilderness survival all the way down to sub zero temperatures. I’m also taking with me a GPS and satellite phone in case of emergency.
