Gps Hiking Navigation
GPS for biking / hiking with track logging?
I’m looking for a reasonably cheap GPS for hiking/biking that can also log my trips.
I would like to take it with me on vacation and record tracks of my movements so that I can later associate the pictures I take to the place where they were taken by looking at the timestamps.
My main requisites are
– a decent navigation software
– a long lasting battery and memory (must be able to save tracks for several days with about 1 position point per second)
– bonus points if it has bluetooth that can be turned on if needed.
I agree 100% with Edward… the Garmin 305 is great and not too pricey. If you’re really limited by your budget, go for the 205.
