Cheapest GPS system and where I can find it?

I live in Huntsville, Alabama(fairly large city, so we have a lot of stores here), and my daddy is wanting a GPS system for Daddy’s Day tomorrow. And I was wondering where can I get one really cheap? I have $86, but my mother said she’s pitch some money, too. I’ve looked on BestBuy.com, and I didn’t see any under $300.
