Gps Kid Locator
Has anyone used a gps locator for child safety?
So yesterday I was going to meet a friend at a local water park. When I got there and got my kids unloaded, I saw her hustling her kids back to the car. When I tried to talk to her to see what happened she said she would call me later.
Later she called me and told me that her 3yo was playing in the water when someone called her name. She said she just turned her head for a second, and when she turned around her son was gone! She lost sight of him for 5 minutes! (the park was super busy like around 800 ppl, and its a pretty small park)
I’ve seen the gps’ on the news, I just wanted to know if anyone has used them and how well do they work and what kind you have 
She is an awesome mother and I don’t think she was being negligent at all, I think its just one of those things that happen to the best of us…

I wish I had one for my daughter when she was little…..I lost her more than once, a couple of times in pretty scary places.
I was looking at them for my grandson (who slipped away from his mom in the mall a couple of months ago.)
I thought the one that looks like a watch would be a good bet. You can track it with your cell phone:
