Parents tracking their kids…unethical?
i have to write a 6 page essay on parenting and im looking at it from the aspect of parents choosing to track their kids by GPS, or cell phones, and there are even coats that parents can bye with small tracking devices in them. Im just trying to find arguments on why this shouldn’t be allowed and i need to somehow tie in how it could affect society. If anyone has any ideas that could help me. Its due tomorrow and im only at about 4 pages right now!
- children won’t learn to depend on themselves as much if they know they’re always safe if their parent can find them.
- less trust between parents & children. if the device isn’t used anymore, the children may overcompensate with their new found ability to lie about their whereabouts & do i just because they can.
