Gps Land Surveying Equipment

I already had a land survey done but?

I want to measure within 5 inches of accuracy 100 feet of land in a strait line from one of the picks, I am willing to pay up to 500 dollars in equipment so I am able to measure within 5 inches of accuracy or less would be wonderful. Is there any cheap GPS solution for extreme accuracy such as this? Or a laser sight which would give me the distance?

A GPS with that accuracy would be about ten times your budget.
Fluke make laser range finders for about $200 that should give you the range and accuracy that you require.
