Gps Locator Chip
Does anyone know when they are supposed to come out with the GPS locator’s chip implanted into pets?
the chip they have now is just a scan/read
the chip that is supposed to be coming out is a scan/read and locator
You can’t implant GPS, it requires too much power and skin has a high enough water content to block the GPS signals.
There are GPS/locating collars but anything implanted under the skin is going to be short range unless you want to wire it up to a battery..
