Gps Luggage
i have a quiestion about airports and some other stuff ok i am going to be going to college and i am flying?
and also i am arrivign on sunday 10 fourty siz am on sunday school starts on monday ok and since we cant bring items onto the plane and on checked luggage because i want to save space i want to rent a car and buy stuff when i get there so i was going to rent a avis car a rental car so that i can shop the whole day sunday and on monday be prepared and have everything i need so i have a question is the rental car going to be at the airport and also how would this work and also becasue im new to the area how would i know where to go i was thinking i also have a gps on my phoen so should i use that? thxxx
I’m guessing that since you say you’re going to college and you’re typing one long sentence that you are under 21 years old.
Avis may not rent you a car. You have to be at least 21 in most states. Ages 21-24 with a credit card and drivers license, they will rent to you but tack on a substantial surcharge per day.
Most major airports do have rental car facilities right at the airport, either right within the terminal or at a consolidated facility on the outskirts of the airport (with a shuttle bus to take you there). Generally, the website through which you arrange your rental will tell you which of these two is the case.
As to where you can go shopping, obviously you need to do some homework ahead of time to figure out what stores are near the airport and/or the college. You might try maps.google.com to help with that – put in the address of the college and then look for the kinds of stores you want nearby.
Do realize that the rented car needs to be returned to the airport. You will need to figure out how you will get back to college after you drop it off.
