Are there any laws against mounting GPS on windshield in New York?
I just got a new GPS and I was wondering if there are any laws that state you’re not allowed to mount GPS on the vehicle’s windshield..
Yes, both California and New York has laws in place to keep the GPS off your windshield, and will give you a “obstruction of view” ticket for having it mounted there.
