1) Are there any subscription charges for using GPS besides paying for the device itself and buying the maps?
2) Are these GPS devices regionally locked? Like eg in mobile phones sometimes the phones have country lock and a phone from the United Kingdom won’t work in India or some other countries, so do these GPS devices have the same funda or I can buy one from the United States and use it anywhere else?
3) Is there anything else I should know about the GPS? Is it worth buying?
