Gps Not Working

What is the location of the tower that activates the gps in Assain Creed?

I am on memory block 4 and I can not seem to find the tower that I am suppose to scale to get the gps working again and it is driving me crazy because I want to finish the game but can’t because every tower that I find is not the one and it’s for ps 3.

Any tower you haven’t synchronized on will do as far as I’m aware.
