Gps Pcmcia
Which type of GPS should I buy for laptop.A usb or pcmcia?
Also is it necessary to have internet to use gps on laptop?
Does your laptop have PCMCIA? Some new laptops have a different, smaller slot so you need one that fits. Personally I prefer USB because it typically comes with a cord to stick the thing on a window for better reception. Of course you need a complete program with the maps that is installed on the computer to be portable. Sometimes they are sold together for convince.
Then in the future you could buy the map alone, because the roads change.
