How do I convince my dad to let me drive to see my friend two hours away?
My friend is in college in Erie which is two hours from me in Pittsburgh. I haven’t seen her since she left in august. I have a license, insurance, gas money, emergency money, and a gps (won’t get lost). I am very responsible. I know all the risks of traveling and have covered them. He lets me go into Downtown Pittsburgh and the Strip District (VERY bad areas) alone. He is still deciding but is there any way for me to convince him to let me go. Note i want to do this this coming Sunday. Help please!

If there is a way you can prove your responsible enough and well able to cope then do so.
Also pushing him to saying yes won;t go amiss.
people don’t always want to say yes and do things so you have to pressure them and push them into saying yes.
