Gps Road Maps
How can I contact the makers of car GPS systems, to let them know my road is no longer a through street ?
It seems GPS maps show my road as a way for people leaving Cape Cod to cut through, saving time, but the road has been blocked off for well over 2 years. I’d like the GPS makers for cars to update their data.
P.S. To DER ALTE FIRZ ; That’s what I thought too – at first. I recieved a response from Garmin, and they were appreciative of the imput, as well as saying they would contact their data supplier to check out the facts, as to upgrade their database!
do you mean the portable one or the integrated ones?
For the portable there are CDs that come with your GPS and/or usb cable which you can then download updates (Sometimes for free 
and other times there is a price). As for integrated I am not too sure since I never had one and never really needed one.

PS. You can always send an e-mail or call whatever company ( though in this case it might not be a good idea since you are talking about it in general unless there is some universal GPS website lol.). I am sure they all have a Questions?/Suggestions? number you can call.
