How would I go about trying to get JESSICA”S LAW passed in PA?
Jessicas LAW is named for a 9 year old who was raped and murdered(Buried ALIVE) by a repeat sex offender. The law has a minumum sentence of 25 years. A GPS tracking after paroled which people don’t like so that can be taken out I have emailed our Gov. and Representatives. I don’t know what to do. Our children need to be protected from these people who hurt children.Any ideas would be appreciated. They say this is a political issue but I think this is a parent and society issue. What do you think?
