Rangefinder vs. GPS ???

I’m strongly considering getting a Bushnell (Slope Edition). I used one at a Futures Tour event and loved it, but a friend suggested a high-end Skycaddie… any suggestions? Pros/cons? THANKS !!!

Skycaddie is the leader. The Bushnel is fine if all you want is yardage to the pin ( It is strictly a line of sight device, If you can see the flag it will give you that distance only) …….There is much more info available on a Skycaddie. Front and back distances as well as yardage to clear a bunker etc. I
