Gps Window Mount
tomtom gps keeps falling off window mount i am not sure how it mounts?
The windshield mounts work well for me, but one of my buddies has trouble because his windshield is more curvy than most. That can make it tricky for the windshield mount to hold a solid grip.
First, I’d recommend cleaning the inside of your windshield with a small bit of windshield cleaner, then wait 10 minutes and try to stick the TomTom on there.
If the cleaning doesn’t solve the problem, your best bet is to look into an alternative style of mount. Try one of these:
-Air vent mount: clips onto the a/c vent on your dashboard
-Bean Bag mount: sits on your dashboard and cradles the GPS
You can get these mounts at most major electronics retailers – just bring your TomTom along to the store to make sure it fits well.
