GPS device upgrade DVD HELP!!?

I have a 2005 Honda Civic and it has a factory GPS satellite device using the NAVTEQ technology its way out of date and doesn’t always take me to where im supost to be, there is a 2009 upgrade DVD for the system that cost 180$ does any one have it that can seed it so i can download it as a torrent?? this would be really helpfull
