how to find out the direction of runway while using GPS in FSX?

I’m new to FSX, When i came near to the air port, i can not find the runway in a SAME direction to land in order, it is always landed somewhere away from the runway, how do i know that in which direction the runway is built, if i m flying from north, the runway appears landing direction appears from east, so what is the technical thing or tip help me to know the proper direction of the run is allocated in FSX

if the game runways are true to aviation

THEN – take the runway number – add a zero at the end

and that should be the compass heading you are on when you
take/off or land

e.g. runway 22 would be 220 degrees SSW
and it’s opposite (-18) is 4 and 40 degrees NNE

if there are parallel runways 18R (right) is also the other way 36L (left)
