Lowrance Gps Questions

I am trying to setup my Lowrance hand held GPS, it is the I finder HUNT C, my question is?

The arrival alarms come on at 0.10 of a mile, which to me is a greater distance than I want. I want them to come on when I’m at the destination waypoint not way before. For a lower number what would be half of that or lower it has to be in decimals. Appreciate your help,
