Magellan Triton 300 GPS?

Where do I get maps for the Magellan Triton 300 handheld GPS? Are there any free maps out there?
Im not looking for turn by turn. I wanted this unit for a hiking novelty toy..

There aren’t any free maps for the Triton. You can use Magellan’s DirectRoute and topo maps. However, the Triton does not yet support turn-by-turn directions. In all seriousness, the Triton is a real dog of a GPS receiver. Return it if you can. It has a lot of bugs, and Magellan has horrible customer service and is very slow to fix these problems with firmware updates.
