I am renting a car in Manila, is there a Philippine Road map I can get?

I will be driving a rent a car in manila , to go to baguio, tagaytay and subic. Is there a Road Map I can buy in any store in Manila. I need the road map, to guide me where to go, from street to street and turn by turn. Just like a State Road Map we used here in State.

Is this road map ever exist in the philippines? Or can I use a Navigator or GPS in Philippines?

There is a road map, but not a turn-by turn, street by street detailed map like those we use when we drive cross country in more progressive countries like USA, Australia, France.

The major problem is that even assuming that a map exists, you will still not find your way because street signs hardly exist so you won’t really know what street you are driving in.

Then there is the practice of renaming streets to honor the parents of powerful politicians. What was then Dewey Boulevard is now Roxas, Buendia is now Gil Puyat, etc.
